You get what you pay for. If you have healthy, normal and straight hair, this would probably be fine for you. But if your hair has any texture and you're trying to straighten it, you'll need to upgrade.

THIS IS A DECENT BLOWDRYER CONSIDERING THE PRICE..
I've had this blow dryer for about 2 years now and I haven't had any serious problems with it. It's not the best blow dryer out there but I think you should expect that given the price. I use mine on low to diffuse my curls and it works perfectly for that. I don't try to blow dry my hair straight...
