1. smell is awful - my sister used it and i ran away from her. it reeks of chemicals.
2. it doesn't work very well. this product takes MANY applications to work well. i suggest you buy something better that works instantly because this ain't worth the money at all!

Works well gives even tan color. I just can't find it in stores like a year back. It does have that self tanner smell. The color is outstanding.
