since this is a gel it is not heavy or greasy at all. it instantly cools and depuffs ive noticed a change in my tiny eye wrinkles! i recommend this highly

ANIMAL TESTING
This had a cooling effect, but I didn't notice any difference in my eyes. Plus, they test on animals, so nothing could be worth that.
