I love ULTA laquers, I just bought a glitter top coat. It looks wonderful over their new neon colors for summer. I have never had a problem with ULTA's laquers. They don't chip or fade.

DIDN'T LIKE!
I don't like this nail polish. It went on thick and globby and it chips off so easily. The colors aren't too amazing either.
These are just okay. The consistency is nice but the pigmentation is mediocre, and the brush is just a regular brush (I prefer the large brushes).
