my skin is very sensitive and dry around the eye area. This product is great, because it wipes the make up off, leaving the skin moisturized. you have to shake before using.

This product is effective and gentle, but a bit too oily for me. I have oily skin and the formula left a greasy residue that was too much for me to handle. Otherwise, a decent product that can be replaced by a less expensive alternative (I like Neutrogena makeup remover cloths)

I have tried so many different products over the years that have barely removed my waterproof mascara but the lancome bi-facil always does the trick. I don't use it on the rest of my face because it is a bit greasy. But perfect for the eyes and lips!

great eye makeup remover. takes it ALL off, quickly and easily. you might want to rinse your face after using though.

I've tried several eye makeup removers including Lancome Effacil remover, but I like this one even better. It is less oily than many eye makeup removers out there and doesn't leave me with raccoon eyes in the morning. Highly recommend!
