I would not recommend this because you can hardly even use it. It doesn't sqeeze out of the tube, it's more work than relazing, as it should be. And then when you finally have the small dollop in your palm it isn't enough to feel any extra heat, I say if you want to get warmer then just turn...

Feels great when starts to litterally warm your hands!

It is really cool...it really warms up your hands when you use it. Great for winter!
