AMAZING PRODUCT
These are liquid shadows that you can paint on the eyes like nail polish! They are SO pretty and may be applied under or over a powder eyeshadow for an irradescent accent. The one problem is that they take a little while to dry...not good if you are in a hurry to get your makeup done.
