I use Smith's Rosebud Salve when my lips get dried and chapped. It helps soothe and heal them. I also suffer from dry cuticles. I massage a little of this onto the tips of my fingers. My cuticles are softened and moisturized.

I LOVE this product as a lip balm, as well as its variations on flavor. I've been in a pinch and used it on a problem dry spots or pimples and it seems to clear them up in no time! Also great for cuticles!
