I am not in love with this shampoo, but it is extremely gentle and leaves your hair texture nice and soft. I have coarse hair that is dyed (otherwise I'd be at 50% gray) and I wouldn't say that this is my favorite shampoo, it is a really good shampoo that is dependable. I definitely don't agree...
