I've only used this a few times so don't know of its long term effects as far as firming, lifting & smoothing fine lines. It's hydrating but absorbs into the skin without greasy or sticky feel - it does not just sit on top of the skin. And it does not make eye makeup smudge as the day goes...

I had a sample from Sephora. I couldn't tell if it was doing anything, but at least it didn't make my eyes itch (which is a serious issue for me).
