the applicator is hard to apply compared to my body shop's liquid eyeliner..its very difficult for me to create a fine and even line..the formula dries out quickly and it has a flaky finish...

REALLY GOOD
I am a pencil liner girl, but tried this and really like it. Stays put, doesn't smudge after drying. Can play up to very dramatic and bold. The bottle is small but lasts a very long time. Worth the money.
I love this product. It stays on all day, doesn't smudge easily and doesn't feel like I've put a heavy coating of paint on my eyes. If you do the black eyeliner, this is the way to go.
