this doesn't feel harsh against my skin, it doesn't make it feel bare or dry. My face feels clean, really clean and unclogged. However, I too, have to wash my face with cleanser afterwards to get rid of some of the beads, but I usually cleanse my face twice any ways b/c my face gets really greasy...

NOT IMPRESSED - LEFT A RESIDUE FEELING ON MY FACE
I can't say I was impressed with this product. It wasn't a good exfoliant and it left a residue feeling on my face, so I needed to wash my face 2 or so times with a cleanser after using it. I'd skip it and go for the microdermabrasion that origins has instead.
It's gentle, but you can feel that it's working, unlike some scrubs. I usually use a cleanser immediately afterward, because those beads tend to stick!
