This stuff is very unusual. It is very thick. But, if you ever have a dry patch, you will not regret using this stuff to relieve your problem, whether its a scaly elbow, foot or cracked lip, with care you can use on the face ie. under the eyes for an overnight treatment when the dry weather...
I use this on my dry eczema patches and it heals them over night. I love it. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the smell. You do get used to it so its not a deal breaker. So minus the smell its amazing!
