I get pretty bad break outs on my back and this is the only thing that works for me. Within a couple of days of first using it my back looked so much better.

It really doesn't lather very well, but I did notice a difference in my back acne.

It doesn't really lather up well and it isn't the greatest smell, but otherwise I like this. It can be drying (I have generally dry skin to begin with).
