Very gentle, does the job well. Eyes feel soft after and it washes off easily. Need to shake it up before using. Agree with previous review, is a bit pricey but worth every penny.

BEST EVER FOR REMOVING WATERPROOF MASCARA
I've tried so many waterproof eye makeup removers it's not even funny. Either they don't really work or they totally irritate your eyes. This one is the best---gets off all waterproof makeup and doesn't irritate my eyes.
The one down side is that it's pretty expensive, but it's worth it.
