Finally something that keeps eyeliner on my oily lids! I mean it is not going ANYWHERE!!! Plus, you can use it on lips, eyebrows, etc. This stuff is heaven-sent.
You can not only use this to waterproof your eye make-up, you can use it to make glitter stick, feathers, buttons, paper, etc. You can get pretty wild anc creative. Pat it over your brows before doing a brow pencil or powder you'll get longer wear.
