Hey I thought this was smooth on my waterline! I absolutely love it! It also doesn't melt off right away. Its cheap too! I think it's better than maybelline.

GOOD FOR SENSITIVE EYES
I have sensitive eyes, and I wear contacts so it's really hard to find eyeliner that doesn't bother my eyes. This one was the best I have found so far. It doesn't last all day, but I still like it a lot.
