I LOVE THIS STUFF!
I started using Bliss Baggage Handler in early spring. My eyes are often puffy in the morning due to allergies. Just a dab of baggage handler and the puffiness is gone! I will continue using this product and have recommended it to several friends.
This is great for depuffing. But it doesn't work with makeup. When I apply foundation and concealer, it seems to react; and little flakes or something start appearing on the skin. I guess it's a combo of foundation and this eye gel. It's yucky. But I'm sure it would be good if you aren't planning...
