Looking at the list of ingredients the thing that pops out at me first is that these are mostly sugar in the shape of cane sugar and corn syrup. There are some good ingredients in there but I think I would be better off taking a supplement, drinking a cup of green tea and having an acai berry...
These taste fantastic - it's hard to limit yourself to just a few. I did notice my skin improving somewhat after 2 months (2 bags), then they were "out of stock" for the next several times I tried to order. I will definately re-order, it's not often that something that tastes this...
