It does tingle and make my lips more reddish. However, it does not have a plump effect, and I noticed that when I was using it my lips started to dry out...even though I continued to use my Iredale chapstick. I stopped using it and would like to return it.
I love this product. I dont like too much color on my lips but i like them to look full and glossy. This product made my pout signifigantly fuller. I would recomend it to anyone!!
