It is better than the average shampoo. It keeps my hair from breaking as much as it was but it is still breaking a little more than I expected. It rinses very clean, too clean, as in I get really bad knots. Overall, I like it ok and it the results were good, just not great. I will keep looking...

So my hair is colored blonde and i have a little lighter shade but i have looked for something that will keep the color, and this did. As well as keep my oily hair clean all day. Plus your hair gets so soft. The only thing that i didnt notice was my hair getting stronger.
