BEST TONER FOR DRY TO NORMAL SKIN
Well this is the best toner I have ever used and now its discontinued!! Well I havent tried its replacement but this Toner is perfect and does exactly what its supposed to. I have used many different brands of hydrating toner, this one is the best leaves your skin feeling free of any radicals...
I love this product it is great for gentle skin. Lots of hydrate lotions make me break out this one didn't. It is pricey but hey I think it's worth it. Oh yeah and it smells great too!
