When I first used this, the blemishes on my face diminished. After a month of using it everyday, I found that my skin would stop healing and would stay the same. Every time I used this product it seemed to just sit on my skin. I would not buy this again.

this stuff is great!!! it works really well but it is still gentle. unlike other acne creams, this one does not leave me with little flaky patches that scream "I have been using acne medication!"
