it doesn't exactly control oil, but it does leave your skin feeling clean and fresh. i wouldn't suggest buying this for oil control, because it doesn't work, but it does make your skin look clean and refreshed, plus the smell is amazing and very soothing.
I love its gentle and calming effect. I have combination skin and it leaves my face feeling refreshed without drying it out. I have used this toner for about 5 years and it's the best one I've experienced so far.
