I don't know how Chanel gets away with advertising this eyeliner as waterproof because it definitely isn't. I end up with raccoon eyes after an hour or so, just like any normal eyeliner. I'm annoyed too because I paid far more than I would pay for any normal eyeliner. Give this one a big miss...
