This is the only type of conditioner I buy. I have thick wavy hair this softens and keeps it from frizzing after it dries..
I got this HUGE 40 oz bottle of this conditioner and I put it in my hair before I go swimming to protect it and it comes out soft every time. It doesn't weight hair down at all and makes my crunchy ends soft too.
