SLIGHTLY GLOSSY
Using this mascara after curling my lashes, made them slightly darker and wetter looking. If I'm going to dress up and go out, I'd now use the black mascara to be more dramatic but if you're looking for a step up from dull, this might be the way to go, especially if you don't have black lashes...
I had heard pretty good things about Covergirl brand makeup, so this was the very first product I've ever bought that was Covergirl. Let's just say this did not make a good impression on me at all. My original intent was to use this as a clear mascara for those true no-makeup makeup days....
