The mask is an ideal for relaxing and calming your eyes, especially during hot summer after sun exposure. The blue gel was full at the time of the purchase, but after the cetain numbers of usage, the gel started "shrinking". I would give the perfect 10 if the gel does not go away.

DONT LAST LONG ENOUGH
i kno your not supposed to freeze these but i do, and its the only thing that really helps my allergie eye problems, so i end up buying the masks alot....this one is good, like the other girl said, not to sharp on the edges and not to cheaply made. its nice that it doesnt have the eye holes,...
I like this eye mask because the plastic it's made of is very soft and easy to wear over your eyes. Some I've tried are made of hard plastic and have sharp edges. This one is flexible and shapes my eyes well.
