UN-NECESSARY
Don't need. Just do not need primers. Just put a little concealer on to brighten and give base for shadows. If use highly pigmented eye shadow, like Urban Decay, Too Faced, Maybelline and Revlon the shadows will stay put. Blend it well, and they will stay.
