Why didn't I figure out it was a powder? Sugar Sugar??? I spent $9 and that was on sale. I have used it about 7 times and I just can't seem to bring myself to use it again. My lips like moisture not a powder. It did increase the shine a bit was uncomfortable for me to wear.

'Sugar Sugar' has no taste and smell, which is a plus, and it also gives a very pretty color. The awkwardness comes in the texture, it's rough and the applicator is just a stick. This only works well on gloss because otherwise it will not stay.
