I tried the 23 which had super hold not knowing there was a 25. Boy was I shocked. Your hair will NOT move. This is great for updos but not every day style.

HOLDS WELL
This is the best for holding power. My "hair" day starts at 3 am and this spray holds my style until late at night. This spray prevents everything from moving the style. I have tried the 23 and it does not last even through half of my day.
