I have used Blondor Cream for highlights on fine hair with lower vol developer (10 vol). I got great results - natural looking highlights and the hair felt great.
The results I've experienced with using this product have been beautiful! I most often used this on those wanting highlights who had previously colored or highlighted hair. Using this with the correct developer always resulted in natural looking highlights.
