No glitter and not comparable to Kohl pencils because they are soft like a Kohl pencil, that glides right on, and can be blended for a smokey eye. But no so with this prduct.

i dont know. i have these in purple and green which i got free with my cream eyeshadows and i love the color, but when i put them on, they dont have much glitter and leave a weird almost skid mark....
I really love these eye pencils because they come in great colors and add a lot of shimmer to your eyes. These are perfect for a night out and so easy to apply. The color is at the perfect angle on the pencil for high definition and no smudging.
