This is a whole lot easier than trying to consume as much pomegranet juice or fruit that it would require to obtain the optimal results. I am giving it a "9" only because it IS a bit pricey - but it works!!!

not sure it increases my sunscreen's power, but definately helped make my skin healthier.
I was told by my dermatologist to eat pomegranates (sp?) and this will begin to heal my skin from the inside out. I then realized that Murad sells this supplement. Given my hectic schedule, this is the ideal supplement!
