I'm assuming because it doesn't need heat, this wax is way to runny and messy. Doesn't work too well either. I actually like to stick it in the fridge for about an hour for it to harden up a bit before I use it, but it still doesn't work as well as it used to.

I've used Sally hansen's waxes before, but it seems like their quality has slipped a bit since, oh, 10 years ago. This stuff doesn't work as well as it used to, and way too runny/messy (because no heat is required). Stick with the stuff that doesn't say no-heat if you're a Sally Hansen's girl.

Too painful! Doesn't work well.

This is a sticky messy fiasco! And it doesn't remove any hair! Frustrating and annoying, not worth the money.

This stuff is gooey and doesn't work. Save your money.
