it definitely does as it says. but it doesnt last as long as i would have hoped. but all in all good product.

This to me is the same as the other lip venoms that have a hint of sparkle (venom flash), nothing special. I love everything celestial so of course this rigged me in. Plumping for me lasts a half hour at most, and this kind of dries out my lips. Word of advice, their new Prime Venom is soo much...
