I have fine hair, but this works wonders! Tried it the first time tonight. It usually takes about 45 minutes for my hair to look full and bouncy. I have layers and shoulder length hair. I used the spray when my hair was almost fully dry. I wouldn't use it with damper hair because of the tangles....
