Clumpy, left my lashes looking gross and rubbed off on my skin too fast. Not exactly an ideal mascara.

IT'S OKAY
It's not terribly horrible but it's also not the greatest...it definitely IS waterproof. Probably one of the most waterproof cosmetics I have ever tried. It does not want to come off which can be annoying sometimes. I usually use this for onstage purposes (I'm in theatre) and it's perfect for...
I've always been fairly impressed with NYC products. This mascara definitely holds up to the water, tears, etc. The only downside was it left my lashes kind of gloppy.
