KNOW HOW TO USE IT!
This thing takes practice. Only use it when your feet have been soaking for a few minutes, otherwise you will cut yourself and feet take a while to stop bleeding. believe me i know. also be sure to change the blade frequently, same way you change your razor blade.
I love this for my feet really gets the dead skin off my husband also uses it and wow what a difference it's made on his feet. This thing is really great.
