I like to use this as my daily conditioner (I supplement by using the Pure Recovery 2x a week). It's minty scent is invigorating and makes yourt scalp tingle.
I have super dry hair, and this is a good daily conditioner. However, if you're a frequent user of heat styling tools, you'll want to find a good deep conditioner to use a few times a week as well.
