I use this stuff when all else fails. It doesn't last long and the brush can get really funky by the end but if you need a quick fix, this is a decent liner.

GOOD BASIC LIQUID LINER
i have to have liquid eyeliner, im a total retro/pinup/cateye/winged look girl. this ones good, dark [in black] and doesnt irritate, some liners sting while they dry! this one doesnt. it doesnt chip, flake, crackle or peel either. ;)
