PERFECT RED
I got this lip liner in the shade '9' i believe... it was a true red. It makes a great base that lasts all day under my red lipsticks. it's perfect! I couldn't ask for a better red lip liner. most of them are too cool but this is honestly neutral.
I bought the clear liner, since it seems the colored ones never match right! This liner is fabulous.... lines your lips invisibly... makes it so lipstick will not move outside the line that you draw! It goes on very easily, lasts forever, is definitely waterproof, and you never have that crazy...
