It's been three months, and i'm happy to report, this shampoo has maintained my split end free hair since my last hair cut! Of course, it did nothing for the splits that were already there, but it has kept it's "long-term relationship" promise with the rest of my hair (pardon the pun)....

When I use this shampoo with the matching conditioner my hair always looks fab. I have very thick hair and I like the fact that this doesn't weigh my hair down. Definitely my fav herbal essences collection.
