I don't understand how this can even be classified as a toner because it is way to thick, doesn't tone my skin at all, and just made me break out even more. Plus the price is ridiculous for such a bad product. And the smell omg I thought their was a rotting corpse in the room when I put this on.
Granted I only tried a sample... I didnt really have anything negative or positive to say... It is just like any other toner, and I do consider it a waste of money
