This lamp ring does its job. It is durable and heats up but without cracking. It also holds the heat after you turn off the light but doesn't become too hot to the touch. It isn't my preferred method, but it does work.

GREAT IDEA BUT...
it takes awhile before you start smelling the scent as the longer that the light is on, the more you start to smell it. Oils are better.
I wasn't sure if I'd like this idea of putting the ring on the lamp, but the price was right so decided to give it a try. I really like it and use it often with various scents. Great idea!!
