i got a mini one of these with my mini makeup collecetion in black and i really like it! i think its a good liner but it really doesnt "brighten" my eyes.
Sorry, I am not impressed. There are good reviews for this product, but i have to say, this eyeliner does not live up to expectations. After multiple uses, the pencil is still too hard. It hurts having to scrub over delicate eyelids just to get color, even then, the low-pigmentation shows...
