This eyeliner is nothing but a chalk pencil! It's hard, doesn't blend, and crumbles a few weeks after use. I love the pearly sheen, however, and really wish they would consider reformulating this into something smoother and better for our eyes!

"ACTUALLY NOT THAT BAD!"
I really don't understand why people give it these awful reviews. It's kind of like a white eyeliner pencil. In all truth, it's actually not that bad! I don't use it as an actual eyeliner, however. The ways I use this pencil are odd, like penciling in a little white dash in the inner corner...
I love elf, but this product was a flop. Its formula is terrible, and it doesn't make your eyes look wider. Get a white liner from another product line (suggested: Urban Decay).
