I've used and loved this product for years. Just reordered a container; when it arrived there was a note included from PC with a warning saying that the toner 'contains DEA-Oleth-10 Phospate, a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer'. I'm so disappointed. Back it goes.

I agree with the other reviewers, this is a great toner! Not drying, not greasy, does not break me out.... just love it! I have combination, acne-prone skin, and this fits the bill for me.
