I have avoided toners like the plague because they are usually alcohol based or leave my skin dry. Knowing I really should be using one, I tried this. This toner does not dry my skin out at all! I have also been using it around my eyes with no ill effects.

PERFECT FOR SENSITIVE SKIN!
I am always surprised by how many products will cause facial irritation--even those which claim to be non-irritating. This toner not only doesn't cause problems, but it cools and refreshes. My skin drinks it up!
