I still don't know why you'd need a toner. This adds no moisture, just light herbal scent.
I love this toner, it seems to slightly refresh my complexion and it smells great. The only problem I have with it, is it is just a toner. I don't think they really do much for you except remove the last traces of makeup you have on.
